Tilth Soil seeks to make getting our products into your hands as easy as possible. We provide multiple fulfillment options for both customers near and far. 

• Local Pick-Up: Northeast Ohio

• • Local Pick-Up: 
    • Bagged Product and Orders are fulfilled at our downtown Cleveland headquarters, located at 2701 St. Clair Ave. NE, Cleveland, OH 44114. Pick up for walk in's and pre order available Friday's 11-5pm ONLY
      
    • Bulk Orders are for any orders of multiple loose cubic yards or super sack slings. These orders are fulfilled from our compost and soil production facility located at 7450 Terminal Drive, Lorain, OH 44053
      
    • • A Tilth representative will reach out within 48 hours (business days) of ordering to schedule your pick-up appointment.
      • All pick-up parameters MUST be met. Your order will not be fulfilled if parameters are not met.
      • Pick-Up Parameters:
        • You must sign a waiver of liability (provided upon pick-up).
        • Orders will only be loaded into vehicles that are standard pick-up trucks or larger (standard pick-up truck beds maximum of 1 yard per scheduled pick-up).
        • Ordered material must be able to be loaded via skid steer and Tilth Soil equipment, no shoveling or totes.
        • The load must be covered. according to Ohio Transportation Laws

• Shipping, Local Delivery & Freight: Nationwide

• Shipping: For any order of small or big bags we can ship this product nationwide. Please allow up to three business days for your order to be shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified and provided the tracking information to follow your soils journey to your doorstep. 

• Local Delivery: 

  We will always do our best to accommodate your delivery needs but please keep in mind:

  • The size restrictions of Tilth Soil’s delivery truck: 20’x8’x8’.
  • Please have a clearly marked and accessible area, without any obstructions above or around the area which will prevent the bed from rising. 
  • The wheels of the delivery vehicle can not leave the pavement.
  • The delivery timeline may be fluid due to external factors, ie traffic conditions, previous deliveries etc.
  • If you ordered two soil blends, they will mix during transport and arrive in the same delivery unless 2 deliveries are requested and billed.

• Freight: For super sacks, pallets, larger bulk orders or deliveries outside of a 1 hour radius from Cleveland, we work with a robust network of freight and LTL carriers to get your order to your doorstep, farm, or cultivation facility in a timely and cost effective manner.
